Bulk Actions & Export

Dismissing multiple recommendations at once

If you want to dismiss a large number of recommendations in one go — for example, after a review session — you can select them and dismiss them all at once instead of handling each one individually.

You'll need to provide a reason that applies to all selected items. If different items need different reasons, dismiss them in separate groups. You can also add an optional comment.

Up to 500 recommendations can be dismissed in a single action.

Marking multiple recommendations as completed

Similarly, if you've implemented a batch of recommendations, you can mark them all as completed at once. CloudCtrl records your name and the date against each one.

Up to 500 recommendations can be completed in a single action.

Exporting to a spreadsheet

You can download your full recommendation list as a CSV file at any time. The export includes all recommendations matching your current filters — the complete set, not just the current page.

To export, use the Download CSV option in the Recommendations view. The file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application and includes recommendation names, affected resources, estimated savings, effort levels, and current status.
