Recommendations and Optimisations
CloudCtrl automatically analyses your cloud accounts and highlights opportunities to save money — from idle resources you can delete, to over-sized servers that can be downsized, to pre-payment deals that could cut your bill. Each recommendation shows you the estimated saving and what it takes to act on it.
Recommendations are refreshed regularly. You can also trigger a manual refresh for any cloud account from the Recommendations view.
Supported cloud providers
| Provider | What CloudCtrl looks for |
|---|---|
| Azure | Idle App Services, idle SQL databases, idle storage accounts, redundant geo-replication, and Azure Advisor findings (cost, security, performance, reliability) |

Support for additional providers is in progress.
